Oh Taste
and See is an email group of Christian women who are trying to
lose weight in a healthy way. Some of us have been on this weight loss journey
for a very long time but we are finding the secret of losing
these unwanted pounds with the help of the Lord and each other.

We will walk this path together hand in hand, encouraging each other and praying for one another. Our focus will be on feeding our faith in the Lord and starving our doubts and unbelief as we grow spiritually and shrink physically. |
